Assign License for Teachers on ClassSwift Hub

ClassSwift Hub enables administrators to manage teacher licenses and sync user data from the ViewSonic portal. Use this feature to assign or unassign licenses and ensure teachers have the appropriate access.

Syncing Teacher List

To sync the teacher list with the ViewSonic portal, perform the following steps:

1. Log in to ClassSwift Hub.  

2. Click Teacher List in the left column.

3. Verify that the teacher list is automatically synced with the users listed on the ViewSonic portal.

To add more users, update your ViewSonic portal by visiting the URL below:

https://cloud.viewsonic.com/entity/users

Assigning Licenses to Teachers

To assign purchased licenses to teachers, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the Assign tab.
2. Perform one of the following:
   • Toggle button to the right to assign a license to a teacher.
   • Toggle button to the left to unassign a license from a user.

Managing Rostered Teachers via ClassLink

If your teachers are rostered through ClassLink, follow the same steps outlined above to manage their licenses.
