Sign up for ClassSwift Hub
ClassSwift Hub is a centralized platform for managing your organization and accessing educational tools. Follow the steps below to sign in and start using the platform.
Account Activation (First-Time Users)
If you are a first-time user and your admin has just added you to the ViewSonic portal, you will need to activate your account before signing in. To activate your account:
- You will receive an email with the following details:
- Sender: noreply@service.viewsonic.cloud

Subject: Manage Your Entity
- Follow the instructions in the email to reset your password.
- Once your account is set up, you can start using your credentials to log in to any ViewSonic website.
Signing In
To sign in to ClassSwift Hub, follow these steps:
- Open your web browser and navigate to the following URL:
- Click Sign In on the login page.
- Enter your account credentials (username and password). Ensure the information is entered correctly, as passwords are case-sensitive.
- If you already have a ViewSonic account, use the same login credentials to access ClassSwift Hub.
- If you are a teacher under the ClassLink district and your admin has set up ClassLink rostering:
- Open your ClassLink LaunchPad.
- Click the ClassSwift icon.
- Sign in using ClassLink Single Sign-On (SSO).

Select Your Organization.
If your account is linked to multiple organizations, you will be prompted to select the organization you wish to manage or view.

Explore Features.
Once logged in and your organization is selected, you can begin exploring the features available based on your role.
Troubleshoot Login Issues
If you experience login issues, try the following solutions:

Check Your Credentials
Verify that your username and password are correct. Remember that passwords are case-sensitive.

Browser Issues
Clear your browser’s cache or try logging in from a different browser or device.

Firewall or Security Settings
Ensure your network’s security settings or firewall are not blocking access to ClassSwift Hub.
