About ClassSwift Hub views

The ClassSwift Hub is a web-based platform for managing classes, monitoring lesson data, and reviewing usage insights. It integrates with the ClassSwift App to synchronize class information, student data, and quiz results. The Hub offers two distinct views, each tailored to specific roles and responsibilities: 

• One for Teachers, and 
• One for Administrators

Teacher View

The Teacher View is designed to support classroom management, student engagement, and lesson insights. Teachers can organize class information, access lesson data, and manage quizzes saved from the ClassSwift App. This view includes the following UI elements:

• My Class Page
  Manage classes, view class capacity, and access in-class tools. After selecting a class, use the In-Class Tabs to access additional tools:

• Add Class
  Create new classes or import existing ones.
• Roster Students via Google Classroom
  Sync student lists directly from Google Classroom.
• Quiz Collection (Hub)
  Manage multiple-choice and true/false quizzes saved from the ClassSwift App. The Lite Plan supports up to 5 quizzes.
• Plan
  View or upgrade your teacher plan.
• Settings
  Access account details and preferences.

Admin View

The Admin View is tailored for school or organization administrators to oversee usage, manage accounts, and handle subscription plans. This view includes the following UI elements:

• Usage Data
  Monitor teacher and student activity summaries.
• Teacher List
  Assign seats to teachers within the organization.
• Plan Management
  View and upgrade the organization’s subscription plan.
• Settings
  Access your role details and connect to learning management platforms like ClassLink or Canva.

Shared Features

Both Teachers and Admins can access the following features:

• Plan Page
  Manage subscription details.
• Settings
  Adjust account preferences.
