Quiz Collection

The Quiz Collection feature on ClassSwift Hub allows teachers to view and access quizzes previously saved in the ClassSwift App. This integration ensures that any quiz saved in the app—whether AI-generated or captured from a screenshot—automatically appears on the Hub for streamlined lesson planning.

Accessing Quiz Collection

To access and view your saved quizzes, follow these steps:

1. Log in to ClassSwift Hub.
2. Select Quiz Collection from the left sidebar.
3. Use the filters at the top to refine your view:
   1. Quiz Category: Filter by content type (e.g., your own content or AI-generated).
   2. Quiz Type: Choose the quiz format (e.g., Multiple Choice or True/False).
   3. Time: Filter by save date (e.g., anytime, last 7 days, last 30 days, or last 6 months).
4. View your quizzes as cards displayed in the main area, organized under the Folder List on the left.

Folder List and Quiz Cards

The Quiz Collection interface includes the following elements:

• Folder List: Displays available folders, such as Home or custom subject folders.
• Quiz Cards: Each card contains:
  1. Quiz content.
  2. Category label (e.g., History, Science).
  3. Question type (e.g., Multiple Choice or True/False).

Note that while you can browse and preview quizzes, editing and management options are not yet available on the Hub.

How It Works

The Quiz Collection feature syncs automatically with quizzes saved in the ClassSwift App under Preset Quiz. This includes:

• AI-generated quizzes created using the app’s quiz generator.
• Screenshot-based quizzes saved from lesson materials.

Once saved in the app, quizzes appear instantly in Quiz Collection on the Hub under your account.

Current Limitations

Be aware of the following limitations when using Quiz Collection:

• The feature is currently view-only; editing and management options are unavailable.
• Accounts on the Lite Plan can view up to 5 quizzes.
• Quizzes must first be saved in the ClassSwift App before they appear on the Hub.
