Hub overview

myViewBoard Hub is a browser-based platform that functions as a lesson management portal of the myViewBoard app. Use the Hub to prepare everything before class:

  • Import lessons and questions
  • Organize them in a library
  • Tag them to curriculum standards

Materials saved in the Hub can then be delivered live via the myViewBoard app. The Hub also provides class performance data, so teachers can keep track of student progress after each session.

Explore the hub

Any later visit to Hub goes straight to Home.We highly recommend teachers start with the following sections first to add materials to their library.

Home is the default landing page of myViewBoard Hub and provides direct shortcuts to various sections.

My library comes pre-loaded with a few sample items so there’s something to open and explore immediately.

Quiz collection allows the teacher to Import Questions or build their own.

3 quick wins tour

Click the 3 Quick wins button in the bottom-right corner to open an onboarding checklist with a 0/3 progress counter. Each item opens an explainer modal. Closing the modal checks it off and advances the counter.

  • See Hub and the App power your class cycle
  • Know accuracy by standard
  • Bring your material to life in minutes

Once all three are checked, click the Done button to dismiss. This checklist is optional and dismissible at any point. Nothing in Home is blocked while it’s open, and it doesn’t reappear once completed.
