Import media

Use  Import media to import files from your local storage or supported cloud services, like Google Drive and Microsoft OneDrive. This tool allows you to quickly add external materials to enhance your canvas.



Launching Import

To launch the   feature, perform the following:

 

  1. Click the  Magic Box on the main toolbar.
  2. On the menu, locate and click the feature icon.

    Note that the menu has two tabs:
    • The Home tab displays all tools by category.
    • The All Features tab displays all tools as a list.

  3. A new   window should open.

Supported file formats

The list below list various files types that can be imported into the canvas. During import, myViewBoard converts them into objects that you can further edit on the canvas. Note that large files may take some time to import.


Image & multimedia

The following multimedia formats are supported:

Type File Extension
Images PNG, JPG, JPEG, BMP, GIF, ICO, TIF, TIFF, SVG
Audio MP3, AAC, WMA, WAV, M4A
Video WMV, MP4, MPG, XESC, 3PG, MOV, MPEG, MKV, ASF, AVI, M4V
