vLauncher apps

Your ViewBoard comes with several default applications. Note that there might be slight differences in apps available under each launcher.

Launch the Apps menu

To view the apps menu, perform the following:

1. Tap the side toolbar trigger button.
2. Tap the Apps icon. 
   The app tray appears.
    
3. Review the apps shown on the menu:
   1. Swipe left and right to navigate
   2. Tap on an app icon to launch the app.
       
4. Tap on a blank area of the screen to close the menu.

Default apps

The apps below are available by default on newer devices. Note that this is not a comprehensive list and apps shown will vary by  user role, launcher version, and device model.

	AirSync Allows users to wirelessly mirror their screens to the IFP. Launch to use the IFP as a receiver for casting devices. For information on casting clients and how to cast, see the article below:  AirSync | Universal Wireless Casting
	Manager Allows admins to remotely manage multiple ViewSonic devices. Launch the app to register the IFP under a Manager instance. To learn what tasks and commands can be sent to the IFP, see the article below:  Manager | Display Device Management
	myViewBoard A digital whiteboarding app for real-time collaboration on interactive displays. It offers a wide range of tools, as well as several multimedia features. To learn more about the tools and how to use them, see the article below:  myViewBoard 3.0 | Digital Whiteboard
	Settings Launch the system Settings page. Use this page to configure how your system behaves and operates. Note that the Settings page vary between launchers.

Add app to side toolbar

Use the app tray to add installed apps on the side toolbar:
 

1. Tap All Apps.
2. Tap Edit in the Apps tray. 
   A new icon overlay will appear over the apps.
    
3. Locate your target app and perform the following:
   1. Tap Add to create an app shortcut.
   2. Tap Remove to delete the app shortcut. 
      Select up to 4 apps to add to the side toolbar.
       
4. Tap Confirm to save your changes.
