Remotely manage ViewSonic assets

Action log

Use the Action Log to review activities performed within Manager. This information provides visibility into system changes to trace actions, diagnose issues, and support troubleshooting and accountability requirements.

Review logs

To review logs, perform the following:


  1. Click Menu on the top left.
  2. Click Action Log on the side panel.

  3. Review the table on the new page. 
    • By default, the most recent actions are displayed first.
    • Use the pagination controls to navigate through all entries.

  4. On the top toolbar, use the following icons to manage the table:


  Filter by Action logged.
  Show only actions logged during this period.
  Export the current list as an XLSX file.
  Filter by Outcome value.
  Search by Admin Username or Device name.
  Refresh to update the list.

Export logs

To export logs as XLSX files so you can perform analysis later, perform the following.


  1. Click Menu on the top left.
  2. Click Action Log on the side panel.

  3. Click Export  on the top toolbar.
    • Navigate to your target location.
    • Click Save.
